Worst Customer Service in The World!

I have been having nothing but problems with Pay Pal for over a year!! It started last year when a Pay Pal Service Representative deleted my account without my permission!!! I had a Pay Pal Smart Connect account attached to this email account, When I called and complained about my account being closed with out my authorization the representative said all I had to do was reopen the account with the same email.

This is where the frustration began. I could not access my Pay Pal Smart Connect account online anymore!!! I place 23 phone calls to Pay Pal Customer Service and Pay Pal Smart Connect Customer Service. 23 Times they said it would be fixed in 3 to 5 days!.23 times it was never fixed!!!! To this day I still can’t use my Pay Pal Smart Connect Account???? That’s OK because I refuse to ever give them my business again after the completely horrible, worthless customer service.

Now I just sold a computer on Ebay. The seller paid immediately and I go to Pay Pal to get my money and the put a 21 day hold on my funds?????? Are you kidding me?????? After contacting Pay Pal Customer service 3 times they keep telling my my funds are on a temporary hold and they post the following reason:

“Take note that this is not a permanent payment hold program. You can avoid having held transactions after all three of the following criteria have been met:

More than 90 days from the first successful sale More than 25 sales transactions More than $250 in total sales”

SO I have emailed Pay Pal Customer service 3 times explaining that:

“I have reached all the criteria you listed 12 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!
I have over 50 seller transactions
I have had over $ 3000.00 in sales
I have been a seller for 12 years.”

What do they do; they send me another email saying the exact same thing with no explanation??? 3 times the same answer (which is not an answer).

This is unbelievable!!! I have used Pay Pal and Ebay for over 12 years. This is a horrible way to treat a Long Term Customer!!!

There are so many options these days with Merchant accouns, Apple Pay etc. with incredibly good customer service that Pay Pal is in long term trouble if they don’t fix there policies and horrible customer service.

  1. You need to sort your selves out you are a joke your it system needs scrapping a long with the thick idiot[s] who put your web site and it system to gether.
    In England we do not USE ZIP CODES WE USE POST CODES AND WE DONT USE STATES LIKE YOU LOT.
    So if you are going to run your web sites and payment schemes in England then sort yourselves out, the best thing you can do is sack all the idiots you employ and start again with people who no what they are doing.
    I don’t no how you lot make a living?

    What the heck?!? If you sold an item, you are the seller. How come you’re saying the the seller paid you? This is insane. Compose yourself my dear.
