Won dispute but is afraid to lose chargeback

I have a PayPal dispute that I initially won after 60 days where a buyer of a limited edition screen printed concert poster I sold filed a dispute without contacting me to discuss a return or refund because he claimed that the color was slightly off from others he had seen. I won the initial dispute. Based on facts and my knowledge about screen printing, graphic design, and color.

Now 4 months after i won the dispute, the seller has filed another dispute with PayPal as a chargeback via his credit card that is associated with his PayPal account. This dispute has been open for more than a month and I am afraid this guy will get to keep what I sold him AND get his money back if I don’t contact PayPal and actually speak to someone who cares and not someone in India.
I think the guy is either a scammer or just pissed because he feels like he paid too much for the poster after he made several offers and I turned him down because I wasn’t interested in selling it (I was looking to trade it). He made a large final offer and I decided I couldn’t pass it up.

Any help you can provide would be great

That dispute wasn’t opened with PayPal. That was opened with his credit card company. Best thing to do here is to get into touch with PayPal’s Disputes and Claims dept. and see if you’re eligible for seller protection.
