Verified everything and got account frozen

I opened an account, verified a debit card, verified an E*Trade bank account, verified my email address, verified my mobile phone number, downloaded and scanned in a debit card and successfully transferred money INTO my PayPal account. Then, when I won an eBay bid and tried to pay for it, PayPal cancelled the transaction and froze my account. I cannot even log in now! I called on a one-time-use telephone code and was told I had to supply a federally recognized photo ID, a photocopy of a bank statement, my social security number and more. I was told to upload it after logging in via their “Resolution Center” but, you guessed it, I can’t log in! So even if I wanted to submit all that information I can’t. I wouldn’t trust paypal with my supermarket rewards card! In the phone call they said that I would have to wait 180 days to get my money ON DEPOSIT WITH THEM back! KompleteUltraBS!

You wouldn’t be locked out of your account completely, so it’s more than likely you’re just some moron who forgot his password and wanted to vent. Idiot.
