Suspended from eBay and PayPal
Here is my PayPal story:
I have been a seller on eBay and use PayPal since 2010. I sell antique and vintage collectibles and I have sold over 800 items and had 100% feedback.
Last week, I was suspended from eBay without warning. I received a message that I violated unnamed policies and was considered a security threat. eBay immediately blocked my account. The next hour on the same day of my suspension, PayPal blocked my account as well. Not only that but I received an email from them stating that they permanently blocked my account and I cannot delete or edit anything from my account including bank accounts and credit cards due to my “security threat”.
I was on the phone to PayPal and eBay over the course of 3 days 12 different times to resolve this problem. Aside from getting workers from India who barely spoke English, I was just told that I was a security threat and they left it at that without explanation.
Now my PayPal account with over $2,500 sits frozen. I was told after 180 days I MIGHT get it back. Until then, I am permanently banned from PayPal and eBay.

create your own website, really not that hard, there are build step by step sites that does this for a very low cost and then get a merchant account to accept payments on your website for your antique and vintage collectibles. You will find this to be a much easier solution then dealing with paypal and ebay and you’ll have much better control over your money. The way paypal constantly puts holds on your funds makes it impossible to run any type of online business.Just my thought good luck to you
My AUD $5000 have been frozen for 6 months. I have got it back but without interest. I have been permanently banned (life) and in your case…you’ll nevere again be able to fix that. No more PayPal for you…EVER. I’m currently using PAYMATE and it works well. Good Luck
Cancel any bank account and credit cards they have on file before they start charging you fees when you can’t even use the account. You can also look into creating a website of your own and go with a real merchant account. That would probably be the best thing for you to do. Paypal is a horrible company. I don’t see how people can make money using them.
you will get your money after 180 days i did even though i owed 1000.00 to ebay so keep your email opened and valid and don’t forget your user name and password
