PayPal Threatened Me With Collections!
PayPal will not stop billing me for charges I am not responsible for. They are the ones who did not notify me of the unusual activity on my card in a one day period. I reported it as soon as I noticed.
First, I was put on terminal hold while the service rep tried to get her manager to come to the phone. Was told she was too busy, but my claim would go to the fraud department. That was a month ago.
Have heard nothing and still getting same bill, with the threat of being sent to collection if I don’t pay mim charges. I Have tried calling at least 5 times…same story…put on hold forever, no solution.
I have written to the state’s Attorney General. But in the mean time, they have my money to keep the account out of collection and I am getting no where but ripped off.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Make a fuss and you’ll get them off your back. I had harassing calls from Paypal’s collection department day and night. Finally I got some bastard on the phone who called me and threatened to send me to jail for not paying them. He said he would garnish my wages and hold my income tax returns. I called him every name in the book, told him to take my happy ass to court and let the judge decide. I told him that I filed a harassment claim with Clay County’s police department and he better not call me again. Guess what…. that was the last I heard from paypal. It’s been 2 years and I have yet to have my wages garnished or taxes held. They are full of poop!
