PayPal Making Me Look Like A Scammer

PayPal took out my money from my account -$59.00. They wouldn’t tell me why BUT told me that they are looking into it.
The worst part is that it’s been a week and they still won’t contact me about it. Every time I call, they just tell me they’re looking into it.

I’m a merchant, and I sell goods online, which this user bought. But again, PayPal took out that money, and I can’t even give her the item she purchased. PayPal is making me look like a scammer. FUCK YOU PAYPAL. I’m switching to MerchantInc ASAP.
