PayPal is one huge money stealing hassle
I had a payment come in to paypal. I felt the person sending the payment was diishonest, so I instructed paypal to return the money. Then I got a payment from a good customer. Pay pal says they are holding the money. I told them they had no right to hold my money or tell me when to ship. So instead of refunding the money from the first order like I asked, they refunded the money that I told them I wanted. So the customer from the first order complained he was not getting his refund. Pay pal says because of the complaint they are holding money from all my orders up to 21 days. I called and told them they were the ones that the complaint was about, not me. So the second customer calls me and asks if I have shipped his order. I told him no, pay pal is holding the money he sent and wont let me have it. So now my good customer is pissed off and paypal wants me to read a bunch of stuff and try to figure out their automated system. I dont have time for all that. They want you to do their work so they can sit back and do nothing while their automated system takes your money.

It was not any automated system that took my money. It was Marla in the Risk department that informed me that PayPal considers me high risk, no explanation, and that they have closed my account and in 45 days there will be an review for when I can get my money. I have no bleeping clue how I all of a sudden became high risk after doing business with them for over 5 years. I did not do a higher then average volume I had no disputes or chargebacks. Why am I a high risk Marla???? Well she never told me of course.
