Paypal says I have filed too many non receipt of goods claims

i received an email from paypal yesterday stating that they were concerned about how many claims i have filed for non receipt of goods ..in 8 years of dealing on ebay and at least 600 transactions i have filed at least 28 claims for this ,,,these items were non registered post and have never turned up,,paypal has paid up for all of them at moment ,but now they are saying that they are concerned and if it happens to much more they will investigate my claims and may not refund any money and limit my account ,
this has made me feel as though paypal thinks i am scamming a seller ,,,
i am not very happy over this ,,
it works both ways as a seller and buyer ,,you pay fees to ebay and paypal and as a buyer the seller pays ,so they are making money both ways to me it stinks when you do the right thing and then you get treated like crap as though you are a con artist. not good i do not rip any one off and i treat every one as i would like to be treated,,
with ebay they have given listing free but put up their charges on final valuation yeah great
with paypal you pay an insurance for selling which covers any bad purchases, now they say that i may be doing fraudulent things ,just to get out of paying me money for a bad transaction ,,
i know the post can loose things or some sellers do not post but why take it out on the poor buyer ,,
this makes me feel like closing down both accounts and finding another way to deal on internet

Sounds like you are taking advantage of non-registered post. That would be a reasonable assumption to make.

Agree with Tony, you sound like you have been taking the p*** out of sellers, shame on you, get the f*** off eBay
