Paypal says I have filed too many non receipt of goods claims

i received an email from paypal yesterday stating that they were concerned about how many claims i have filed for non receipt of goods 8 years of dealing on ebay and at least 600 transactions i have filed at least 28 claims for this ,,,these items were non registered post and have never turned up,,paypal has paid up for all of them at moment ,but now they are saying that they are concerned and if it happens to much more they will investigate my claims and may not refund any money and limit my account ,
this has made me feel as though paypal thinks i am scamming a seller ,,,
i am not very happy over this ,,
it works both ways as a seller and buyer ,,you pay fees to ebay and paypal and as a buyer the seller pays ,so they are making money both ways to me it stinks when you do the right thing and then you get treated like crap as though you are a con artist. not good i do not rip any one off and i treat every one as i would like to be treated,,
with ebay they have given listing free but put up their charges on final valuation yeah great
with paypal you pay an insurance for selling which covers any bad purchases, now they say that i may be doing fraudulent things ,just to get out of paying me money for a bad transaction ,,
i know the post can loose things or some sellers do not post but why take it out on the poor buyer ,,
this makes me feel like closing down both accounts and finding another way to deal on internet

Sounds like you are taking advantage of non-registered post. That would be a reasonable assumption to make.

Agree with Tony, you sound like you have been taking the p*** out of sellers, shame on you, get the f*** off eBay

Good! Its about time eBay did something about serial non-receipt of goods claims! I can honestly say I have never had a parcel go missing and believe me I order everything online. I am a small business trying to earn an honest living and it makes me incredibly angry when people do this – they should rename is freebay.

shame on you and everyone does this, i’m sick of people like you every time i send an item i sold for £10 and i earn just less then a pound in it so i can’t basicly send it tracked lots of people take advantage of it and take their money back easily but when i do send it tracked they say it’s not working? and send me their broken one we as a sellers can’t really win, Ebay should know who’s good seller and who’s bad and who’s scammers buyers and ban them for life really because we work hard for this money and guess what we do pay alot of money for the goods and postage and packaing as well and tax and vat, and when you easily take all your money back and item and you know you’ve received it believe me, one day this will happen to you one way or another, good luck
