PAYPAL DISPUTE LOST, NO SELLER PROTECTION

MY PAYPAL STORY STARTED 1 MONTH AGO WHEN A CUSTOMER OF MINE ORDERED WHOLESALE FOR OVER 1,950.00 I SENT HER THE ORDER AND I HAVE TRACKING NUMBERS ETC TO PROVE THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED EVERYTHING WAS FINE 1 MONTH PASSED AND I SEE A NEGATIVE BALANCE FOR THAT AMOUNT. ME BEING SMART I SAVED THE TRACKING INFO ETC JUST IN CASE I PUT ALL THAT INFO ON PAYPAL AND SUBMITTED IT TWO DAYS LATER THE BALANCE IS STILL NEGATIVE. I CALL PAYPAL AND THEY TELL ME SHE SAID SHE NEVER RECIEVED HER ITEM AND I TOLD THEM THERES A TRACKING NUMBER THERE TO PROVE. THEY SAID THE TRACKING NUMBER ISNT ENOUGH THAT TRACKING NUMBER INCLUDED DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SIGNATURE AND INSURANCE BUT IT WASNT ENOUGH SO I GOT VERY FRUSTRATED AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND GUESS WHAT THIS AXXHOLE TOLD ME; MOST LIKELY SHES GOING TO GET HER MONEY BACK #@$%^$^ BECAUSE WE HAVE NO WAY OF TELLING IF SHE RECEIVED HER PRODUCT WELL WHATS THE POINT OF ANYBODY USING PAYPAL AS A BUSINESS BANKING SYSTEM IF ANY BUYER CAN SAY I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM?

SO TO GO ON I FELT IT WAS KIND OF ODD THAT THE BUYER SAID SHE NEVER RECIEVED HER ITEM A MONTH LATER KNOWING SHE SPENT THAT KIND OF MONEY I LOOKED THIS WOMEN UP ON THE INTERNET AND SHES KNOWN FOR SCAMS SO IM SUBMITTING ALL THIS INFO TO PAYPAL AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THEY CANT DO ANYTHING SHE NEVER RECIEVED THE ITEM SO SHE WON THE DISPUTE AND SHE WALKED AWAY WITH MONEY AND PRODUCT THEN TO MAKE MATTERS WORST THE BALANCE WAS NOW IN THE NEGATIVES SO OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE ORDERING THEY TOOK THERE PAYMENTS TO FULFILL THE NEGATIVE BALANCE INSTEAD OF REFUNDING THEM SO I KINDLY TOLD MY CUSTOMERS TO DO A CHARGEBACK TO GET THERE MONEY BACK BECAUSE PAYPAL IS HOLDING IT AND HAS LIMITED THE ACCOUNT AND NOW PAYPAL HAS ME FOR 4,000$ BECAUSE THEY DECIDED TO USE OTHER PEOPLES MONEY WHEN THEY TOOK THE CUSTOMERS MONEY AND HELD IT

IVE HAD MY LAWYER CONTACT THEM IVE HAD EVERYTHING HAPPEN REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB THESE PEOPLE HAVE THE MOST BIASED B.S AXX STORIES NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE PAYPAL

    If you need to try to resolve your complaint, email Andrew McElmeel at amcelmeel@paypal.com. That email address works as of today. He is Operations Counsel. He did nothing for me but maybe he will get tired of people complaining directly to him.
