Paypal customer service sucks
I have so many Paypal complaints. But I will share the latest one. I received an email stating that my statement was now available to view online. To view, just go to my account. I went to my account and and clicked on every link that I could find, and never found my statement. I called PayPal. The girl on the phone insisted that she was able to view my account and statement. I asked her why I can’t, she said that it is probably something to do with my computer. I told her that I have 3 computers, my sons, my office and a laptop, and that I could not find my statement regardless of wish one I used. At this time to asked me to hold on, I said ok, thinking she was going to going to get someone that had more knowledge to help me. But I waited about 4 minutes, then heard beep,beep,beep,beep,beep,beep beep,beep,beep, on my phone, which ment that she had hung up on me. I tried calling again, but the new person that answered the phone this time wanted me to explain the the whole problem
again. I told him that I had just spent 20 minutes explaining it to a girl that just hung up on me, and I was not going to go through that process again. I told him that should probably typed all the information in my account, that he could just read it. He said that there is no sign anyone helping me with any issue in the last 24 hours. So I asked him, then you think I’m lying. He said, no, I’m just saying that your account don’t show a call from you in the last 24 hours. So I just said forget it, and hung up.
Bottom line is, that when these people don’t know how to help a customer, they’ll hang up on you, or give you the run a around.
