Paypal closed my account

buyer claimed item was fake, proved it was not.
ebay then demanded receipts for items i sold. i was selling the items for a friend that were years old so did not have any, they said unacceptable.
demanded my business address, i pointed out that i was not a business so did not have any address.
then i was asked to send a copy of my passport. i said no way in hell was i going to send a random company a copy of my passport. they froze account with 1000 pounds in it, also cancelled a bunch of transactions which i had sended, lost another 200 pounds. gradually they paid back some of the money but closed my accounts, still has 15 pounds in it but cannot access it, while they are still demanding money of 10 pence to for a transaction they already cancelled.
also ebay blame paypal for any problems and vice versa. even though the address for the office is next to each other in luxembourg, while i am in england
a total nightmare to try and work with this company. no answers at all.
