paypal anti fraud is a hoax
I have been using ebay and paypal since 2001, this year back in May, paypal allowed over $300,000.00 dollars to be charged, come to find out customer used several fraudulent credit cards, not only were the cards bad, but neither the address nor the name of the card holder match, now american express has given every transaction a charge back, and now paypal wants us to return, the $315,000 that we collected, but we shipped everything as we were suppose to by paypal standards, all fedex over night with signature conformation, since May our accounts with paypal were frozen, even ones that had nothing to do with these transactions,my question is, where is there anti fraud when we needed them, and how did they allow these charges to go through, when nothing even matched with the true card holder, they were so busy collecting there fees, that they were worried about protecting me, paypal is nothing but scam artists, and they give you no seller protection at all,now my option is to spend $300,000 with attorneys to fight them,or give the $315,000 back to them, what do you suggest????????

Fight them with all you got and don’t give them a dime!! If you shipped the items and collected payment on them and no longer have the items then you should absolutely NOT give any money to paypal. It’s not their money and it’s not the buyers money it it YOUR money. Keep it! The transaction has been completed and here comes paypal trying to screw it all up. This is at least my opinion.
Actually that other comment is WRONG!!!! The money is neither your or paypal’s. It rightfully belongs to whoever it was stolen from in the first place. It’s unfortunate, but it sucks to be you man. PayPal are just following the law.
actually it should be paypal that should pay the money they Claim that they offer seller protection and in the policys they state that they protect up to i think it was $250,000.00 and they dont want to take that lose so there trying to push that problem to you and play mind games and make you see some big numbers and freeze your account because thats all they can do is freeze your account and say look you have to pay this. I think its bullshit they should just man up and pay, they make alot of money anyways and they are greedy as fuck.
