PayPal is accusing me of having fake address and stealing

So I have a PayPal account I used to buy from Ebay years ago anyway did make the occasional purchase using PayPal and to sell items years ago. So anyway, I recently was selling 2 x computer Hard Drives and the buyer wanted to pay with PayPal. Ok I said and I checked my account and found my Bank account details where out of date due to that account being hacked and the balance stolen from the account which was also closed by the hacker. So I opened a new account gave the details to PayPal and the buyer sent his money to PayPal and as I don’t trust anyone now I withdrew the funds right away. Next thing I know PayPal write me (Thought it was another phishing email which I get all the time from PayPal spammers) But no the account was blocked for certain transactions like withdrawing my funds like I had tried to do.
So in the requirements to open the account they are accusing me of
1. Do you live at your address or is it a fake address?
2. Did you steal these hard drives?
3. Or you don’t have them and are stealing the money from the buyer.
This I find very offensive and insulting. It seems the hackers and such criminals get the best of everything while hard working, poor people get the short end of the stick.
So I have no intention of using PayPal ever again and the balance of my account being small. It’s going to cost me to supply all the details they require so as they are most likely in need of the money looks like another bit down the drain, to bad could have brought my daughter a WOW sub with that money. Paypal is nothing but problems for me.

If paypal spent as much time going after actyal scammers instead of going after honest people maybe it would not be such a bad service to use. Instead it appears that the problem with paypal is that they indeed help the scammers taking money from unsuspecting people trying to make a few extra dollars. I don’t know how paypal benefits from this but it happens all day every day and paypal does nothing to stop this. Not being able to use paypal is the best thing that can happen to you. Now you just have to wait 180 days for your money to be released.

If you were a scammer I bet they wouldn’t eve bother you and would let you continue scamming people. Why is it the honest hard working people they go after? I don’t understand how this company operates. They screw over the good people but not the bad. Leaving Paypal behind is a very wise decision.

WHAT PAYPAL THINKS: Since this person took the money out right away, he’s either a scammer or a thief, and certainly doesn’t live at the address we have on file.
WHAT LEGIT BUSINESSMEN THINK: This person can take the money out of his account anytime he wants to, and we don’t have proof that he’s a thief or a scammer, the buyer didn’t file a complaint, leave him alone.
PayPal should spend time going against ACTUAL scammers and thieves and leave the people trying to make a few extra dollars alone.
