Chinese buyer used Paypal to take my $1550
All my emails were sent to executiveoffice@paypal.com, and about 4 other paypal emails. The executive offices don’t answer any more. Long story short my case was closed tonight in favor of the buyer who opened an item not as described case, however in the complains he stated he only got a box. This dispute was opened only Monday and closed Tues night around 11.50pm. I sent alot of aditional info that they never even looked at, what should I do?
I have recently mailed an item to Taiwan to a buyer (dealer) who I have sold to a very long time. Over the years I have sent very expensive items to him some over $4000 dollars. Everything I sent to him had no problem at his old address, (except in the past he does have a habit of asking for partial refunds to get some of his money back.) I have a very good record of shipping items, and I always ship my items. I have been with paypal for a very long time. Very few packages get lost, especially the way I send them. I have not had any reason to not truth most people, however a jade artifact does not just disappear. The item was double boxed and the inside the box, the item inside packed and labeled jade. I asked him questions, however he will not answer my questions. w
Something really bother me, he asked with before I shipped the item to declare the value as $80.00 so to mislead customs. I could not do that, (I kept his email asking me to mislead customs) this is not honest. The item has a replacement value that is very high. I want to know what happened to the item? Did he received it and now is saying he did not get it?

He probably got the item but just don’t want to pay for it. And PayPal is going to let him getaway with it, like they always do. I wonder why they were so quick to rule the dispute in his favor, any time I have had a dispute it has gone on for weeks. But I think most of the time paypal never bother to look at what you send them, all they check is if you qualified for the seller protection which no one never seems to qualify for.
I bet he got it and just didn’t want to pay for it. Paypal sucks when it comes to this type of stuff. They don’t properly “investigate” before siding with the buyer. I shipped a couple times over seas and each time I had a huge problem and always lost my money and my product. I stopped using paypal and went with an alternative and I completely stopped shipping over seas. The risk is just too high for me
