No chargeback protection from PayPal

I run an online game, one of my players purchased an item from me to upgrade their accounts, all done online they went through a DONATION button on my website and the money went into my paypal account, and i upgraded him online (EVERYTHING DONE ONLINE, HAVE SKYPE CONVO TO PROVE HE RECIEVED THE UPGRADES), 2 months later (NOW) he has chargebacked the payment of $150.00 under the reason i also have on a skype conversation ‘i don’t want anymore’, we told him there would be no refunds in any way and he has still reversed the payments made… i now have a negative balance on paypal, i messages paypal and they said ‘we have investigated your issues but unfortunately we were unable to reimburse the money from the bank reversals because the transaction wasnt covered under protection policies’ so im now stuck with a negative $150.00 balance and as i also handle an Ebay business the money i earn is just getting stolen from me… if i take this to court do you think i will win?

Have any of you gone to your attorney general for your state??? Each state has several. This is exactly why we have them. to check out scams. I don’t trust ebay or paypal and have wondered for a very long time how they (ebay) have a monopoly to force ebay users to use paypal only. This has been illegal for years?? Has to be a large kick back. I know they are affiliated but even more reason to NOT have paypal their exception.

Or, can you go back through Post Office (for those who mail) and start a fraud case? Then let the post office track offenders. I did this once and won.
