Name Change made difficult by PayPal

Hello!
My name is Igor and I am one of the million victims of Paypal)
I was using Paypal some years without having the troubles until the recent moment when I got huge payment from Ebay buyer (6.500$).
The problem is that I was using Paypal with my nickname and was limited to accept big payments.In order to uplift limits,I had to prove my ID and I did that.
The tricky thing is that after two days my account been restored and I could see that they have changed my name to Original one!BUT!The next day it was blocked again and was changed to my nickname again!I still have that email which confirms that my account was restored and where Paypal addresses to me with my ORIGINAL name(means they accepted me as that person).Later I spent hours on phone and was told by Paypal that it is IMPOSSIBLE to change name!)))..still I have that proof.So for now they have blocked my money for the next 6 month which causing me other financial problems(…So I thought that maybe there is a chance to go against them with that proof,that shows that they have ACCEPTED my docs and have changed my name and restored my account but later blocked again.I thought that maybe this will help me to win the case,but after reading all this list of their Terms & Agreement..I lost my hope(…So it looks like I have no chance to get my money back for the next 6 month…
Or?Can You suggest something?
The thing is that I am in GERMANY and not in USA..is there any difference?
