Buyer wins auction and states they paid too much

Buyer wins auction for fine jewelry @ $101 that started @ $.99. Ignored my follow-up emails. 20 days later states it too small & they paid too much & demands $30 credit or will return. Emailed resp. that ALL specs, sizes, weights CLEARLY detailed along w/pics showing next to a quarter & listing says in BOLD NO RETURNS & they had for 20 days! Called Ebay who agreed. Buyer sends 4 emails claiming pics too good, not happy, I charged too much (AUCTION!) & will return if I won’t credit. Ebay again confirmed they had no case & if they retured w/0 Ebay premission I should not accept pkg. & to tell them to file case. Again, I did. Then they emailed that I lied on purpose to scam them & pics were fake & they were returning because they couldn’t make money & they bought 1 similar for $60 so I should refund, but I won’t so they’re returning. I resp. to file Ebay claim as my 11 YRS selling fine jewlry & my listing info. speaks for itself. They emailed again that DIAMONDS WEREN’
T REAL! (Exactly what I told Ebay I feared after they’d had so long. Too much time to replace or screw w/my fine jewelry. Per Ebay, told them I disagreed and to take it up with Ebay as I wouldn’t respond to any more direct emails. CLEVERLY they filed PAYPAL case who put a hold on my funds! ELEVEN YRS of IMPECCABLE SERVICE & $$$$$$ to them means NOTHING! Now, after all this BS ALREADY, I have to provide PAYPAL with all this info. all over again & they tell me they can’t even access the Ebay isting or messages right now & it can take up to 30 days to resolve & release the held funds on my acct. IF THEY RULE IN MY FAVOR! BTW- I already credited back her orig. ship fee $5.50 plus upgraded to priority mail free because SHE TOOK 3 DAYS LONGER to pay than my listing stated & I had to leave town & take it with me & couldn’t ship for 2 days after she FINALLY PAID! BUT PAYPAL DOESN’T CARE!!!!! IF THEY, in all their online jewerly selling expertise, decide in her favor, THEY WILL PAY HER THE WHOLE ORIGINAL FEE REGARDLESS OF REFUNDS SENT!!!
