One bad feedback and it’s all over

I jumped through all ebay hoops and met the requirements to become a trusted seller and 1 bad feedback back in June and all the sudden paypal is holding my money AGAIN!! The buyer had a feedback rating of FOUR!! The items said “as is” untested and I had no idea the details as I had not even removed them from the original boxes and if that’s not enough. My disclosures at the bottom of every listing state IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM CONTACT ME TO REMEDY THE ISSUE DON’T JUST LEAVE ME CRAPPY FEEDBACK” and after all that ebay instructed paypal to hold my funds… THIS IS CRAP and if the money were to be placed directly into my back account they could do SH*T ABOUT IT!! Screaming at them or being nice to them or reasoning with them, all the same result. I have since moved on to hassle free processing with a merchant account.

It’s like paypal and eBay just doesn’t care whether they keep you as a seller or not. Guess there will always be new suckers signing up for a royal rip off. Paypal will side with a buyer that has had their account for 3 months vs a seller with 11 years of excellent ratings and history. How does that happen? This is why you see less and less power sellers on eBay using paypal because they get a merchant account instead.
