Appalling service by PayPal

After selling USD 190,000 on ebay in a one month period ( giving Paypal substantial commission ) I am getting appalling service.
15 days ago I sent in a request asking for a transactions report during that period. It should be easy to generate but excel sheet generated did not match the total amount collected.
5 days later – No reply so I sent a reminder.
I got a reply in two days from someone called Syahirah . She said she would send a the report by email that day . Of course she didn’t.
I got a telephone call the next day saying the same- Of course I did not receive.
Yesterday , after 14 days of waiting I got a email saying will be sent that day . Of course it has not been.
I wait in good faith but I am astonished about the level of service I am getting considering the amount I have transacted. It seems PayPal cannot provide service to larger business.

Despite transacting this amount and asking for a better commission rate I was refused because PayPal said it should be a smaller amount spent but spread over 12 months ! Time for a change to a provider who works on logic and good service.

    3 JULY 2016 – Paypal put limitations on my a/c for no reason – probably because they’ve introduced new criteria re: VPN use – something ive used for years which has been perfectly ok with Paypal =- but now – the games begin. I cant log in even when I turn the VPN off, and this is deemed “dubious actions” by myself. when trying to log in over + over because of their ambiguous system. Numerous calls have been made to Paypal since June 15 when this appalling travesty from Paypal began. Now, as I wrote on July 3, nothing is resolved. This is my latest complaint to Paypal, which cant be sent, because their complaint form refuses to work!! But it will be sent – by hook or by crook! – “I am totally fed up with the tin pot gods calling themselves Paypal. Just who do you th8ink you are? Because I dare to question your dubious practices you play games and put limitations on my a/c for no reason which has cost me unnecessary grief, for which you will be accountable.
    As a result of your unprofessional practices I will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman and every other agency who deal with idiots like yourselves. I have been trying to sort this problem out since you lied and claimed to have sent a confirmation code to my bank a/c, on the 15 June, and in a previous message I sent a screenshot of my bank a/c statement which shows no such 4 number code was received by myself on the 15 June, as your employee claimed when I called in on 1 July. Even when i called in around the 1st you gave me some garbled excuse as to why you hadn’t resent the code – you said because id received it on the 15 june, which I can prove was a lie. When I asked why you hadn’t resent the code on the 1st, no practical answer was available. Pathetic. All calls are recorded I make and we have the name of your employees who will be sued accordingly for failing to provide the service you claim to offer in your contract.. You have broken the very contract you yourselves make, and lieing to Paypal users won’t help your case!!.
    Im fed up with this totally hostile performance from you and am taking the matter further, and you will be hearing from my legal representatives. You claim to be “protecting my account” which we all know is absolute bullsh-t and we, the people who make your outrageous profits for you, have had enough of your endless and pointless games!!

    IT HAS TAKEN ME 45 MINUTES TO mess around trying to file this report but it wont send – when I call in to find out why it wont send I am told “I have a browser issue”. What a lie!! I have the latest INT. EXP. browser anyway – and have sent messages only tonight via the replies to notifications in my a/c – but of course thats irrelavent!! During the 2nd call tonight telling the employee their complaint form wont work the employee offers me a chance to speak with a supervisor. I accept, and then realise ive just been had, because, on being put through to an alleged “supervisor” HE DOESNT ANSWER THE PHONE and i have to hang up after 5 minutes messing around waiting for him to answer!! One up to Paypal! This is yet another stupid PAYPAL GAME DESIGNED TO WEAR OUT THE COMPLAINEE. WHAT A TERRIBLE GREEDY FIRM THIS LOT ARE! HOW LONG HAVE THEY BEEN MAFIA OR ORGANISED CRIME CARTEL MEMBERS WE SHOULD ASK OURSELVES? GREEDY BARSTEWARDS WHO CANT EVEN PROVIDE A DECENT SERVICE AND WHEN THEY DO – AFTER PLAYING ENDLESS TIME-WASTING GAMES – THEY WANT EXTORTIONATE OVER-THE-TOP FEES FOR IT!!
    ANOTHER COMPLAINT ON ITS WAY ABOUT THEIR BLOCKS ON MAKING A COMPLAINT ON THEIR ONLINE SITE!!” This complaint will get to them somehow, even if I have to get on a plane and hand-deliver it to their CEO. What a bunch of TIN GODS they are!!

    Same happened to me limitations imposed and they claim its for the fca etc , being a global banker its utter bullox, take it from me…never had i known a financial institution anywhere to ask your picture of card details, bank statements etc basically stripping you naked electronicall,,,,,am outta here

    @ LMAO – Just because it is in writing, does NOT make it legal. H-E-L-L-O. That is why in any contract there is a clause that states, tot theeffect, “IFANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS DEEMED UNENFORCEABLE….”

    You are clearly a follower, not a leader. Why would you follow something that is not right?? Paypal Love ignorance such as yours,it is those people Paypal rely on in order to do what they do, and get away with it. May I suggest “grow some b@alls college??
