Account suspended when trying to withdraw money
Having traded on ebay for 6 months and built a substantial reserve in paypal, upon withdrawal they decided to suspended my account and withhold my money. all documentations submitted and policy complied they cant give me a straight answer and flagged me as high risk. I understood when they decided to hold payments for minimum of 21days…. 6 months of hard work, the worst thing is my customers have long received theirgoods and using it day to day and both ebay and paypal have already received there fees and i sit here out of pocket to the tune of $4329. I have come to the realisation that they are actually 100′s of thousand of people on the same boat. The shere volume of total revenue withheld by paypal could equates well into $100 million globally…it sickens me//how they are not regulated and can conduct such illegal operations. Imagine banks try and pull something like that..they would be blood on the streets.

The seller always lose…always! It is so obvious what Paypal does and yet nobody stops them and their criminal actions. Paypal is the only company that I know of that is allowed to steal. What happened the last time banks told their customers they could not withdraw their money? The great depression is what happened.
PayPal needs to either be regulated or shutdown. But for them to be allowed to continue to steal from their users without anything being done about it is absolutely
sickening.

They are crooks!!!! We need to shut them down! Holding thousand and thousands of peoples money to make their pockets bigger. Did they even tell you how they determined you were “high risk” I swear they pull this shit out of their asses
The seller is not always the loser. As a buyer, I was sent misrepresented goods, and the seller admitted it. But Paypal clerks demanded that I *prove* he admitted it, and it took me forever to get through to them that *they had the email in their possession* in which he admitted it. And to add injury to injury, I had to pay to send the misrepresented goods back to him before Paypal would refund the remainder of my money. So I was out shipping fees for his criminal behavior.
