14 Day Money Hold
PayPal imposed a money hold for 14 days after the transaction was complete. I did everything they told me to do, like mark the item shipped on eBay, input the tracking number, and get positive feedback from buyer. They still held my money. I made several attempts to contact them and they kept giving me the same advice to do all the things above that I already completed. I called and finally, after a long time, was able to talk to a human. I was treated rudely and told the exact same thing as above. I tried to tell them that I had already done that, but they seem trained to read off the script and that was it. I have opened an account with Amazon Pay and have not had a problem at all even though I have no history with them. PAYPAL SUCKS!!!!!

You got that right they do suck. They put a 21 day hold on all of my transactions. I have been a power seller with them for over 7 years. Have 100% positive feed back and never had one complaint. I spent hours on the phone trying to get a hold of someone, ANYONE. When I finally got someone on the phone they were so rude and not very helpful
They are holding funds from my checking account although I cancelled the transaction.
